Delivery Options Overview

WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us at:

  • Canceled orders will be removed from our system after three days.

Non-Refundable Items

Software, digital codes, and gaming cards are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Custom PC builds that have started assembly will have a 15% deduction on refunds.
Services and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

We accept refunds within 7 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

Product Condition: The item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or invoice is required.
Refund Processing: Refunds take 3-5 business days or as per bank processing times.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We allow exchanges within 7 days under the following conditions:

Defective or damaged products can be exchanged for a new unit of the same model.
✔ If the product is out of stock, a store credit or alternative replacement may be offered.
✔ Exchanges apply only to products with manufacturer defects—not due to accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

4. Warranty Claims

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims are handled directly by the brand’s authorized service center.
Abbasma is not responsible for warranty approvals or rejections by the manufacturer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
✔ Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is processed.
✔ Contact your bank—some transactions require additional processing time.
